About the Event

Shropshire's leading scientist on fertility and assisted conception will discuss the facts, fiction and future of assisted conception.

Prof Jason Kasraie, a Clinical Scientist with 25 year of experience in the field, is the Head of Fertility Services and Consultant Embryologist & Andrologist at The Shropshire and Mid Wales Fertility Centre.

As the scientific lead for the service, Prof Kasraie works to ensure that patients and their embryos receive the highest quality of care and that the latest evidence based techniques are used in order to maximise the chance of pregnancy for patients. As the Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority (HFEA) ‘Person Responsible’ for the service, Prof Kasraie also takes legal responsibility for all work in the Centre. He is a visiting professor at University Centre Shrewsbury and is the Organisational Lead Scientist for the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust.

We are fortunate to have him share his expertise with us.
